Refund & Return Policy

At Callus Biotech Private Limited, products can be returned within 7 days of receipt only if the product is found to be damaged, defective, different from the website description, or if any units are missing from the ordered quantity.

Customers must share a clear unboxing video and details of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims for damaged products without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide either a product replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Replacement will be processed within 3 days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Products are not eligible for return due to rashes, upset stomach, flavour-related issues, or other individual reactions. Please check the product details before purchase.
